Katie Fischer is a senior in environmental science with a focus on soil science. She’s passionate about ecological restoration, sustainable agriculture, and environmental chemistry. In her free time she likes to read and cuddle with her cat.
Marissa Lane-Massee is an environmental studies major / biology minor / music minor, from Keizer, Oregon. She was raised as a hazelnut farmer and musician, playing harp and bassoon. In her free time she loves to hike, backpack, kayak, ski, and compose music.
Michaela Fishback is an environmental science major and art minor. Her main areas of study are community ecology and restoration biology, and science communication through illustration. She grew up in Iowa and has enjoyed living in Oregon for the past five years. Outside of classes, she enjoys going on bike rides, painting, and exploring the outdoors with friends.
Joseph Dahlke is a native Oregonian and a senior in Environmental Science at the University of Oregon. I am an avid outdoorsman with a love of fishing, hiking, and gardening. After graduation I plan on working in resource management with a focus in water quality and control.
Steven Pearlman is an Environmental Studies major, with minors in Food Studies, Earth Sciences, and Biology. He is interested in combining the studies of sustainable, organic farming with restoration ecology. He hopes to utilize this experience in other environmental conservation projects.
