Locally Grown – DHM TEAM for the Loop PDX
Project Lead, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design – DHM Design, Carbondale, Colorado. DHM is employee‐owned with offices in Colorado, Montana and North Carolina. The firm is organized around teams in various areas of expertise. DHM Design focuses their practice on master planning, transportation planning and the facilitation of public involvement within the design process.
Engineering and Transportation Planning – CH2M Hill. CH2M Hill is an international engineering firm providing expertise and support from their Portland office. “CH” focuses on complex infrastructure and natural resource projects and the Portland office has completed scores of complex transportation projects here in the city.
Architecture – Hennebery Eddy Architects. Located in Portland, HEA is a full service architecture design firm driven by the values and pioneering spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Over the last 24 years the firm has completed projects serving the fields of transportation, commercial, institutional, religious, historical renovation, civic and residential.
Urban Design – Tad Savinar. Although trained as a visual artist (and still practicing), Savinar has operated a national, urban design practice out of Portland for the last 25 years. His firm’s focus has been on large‐scale transit projects (primarily light rail) and re‐development strategies for urban places both large and small.
