The VFSA is holding its first Fundraising Event of the Year, lovingly called “Munchies from Veterans.”
You can enjoy some baked goods in exchange for a donation and enter for a chance to win a warm sweatshirt that showcases your support of the UO student veterans.
Find us at a table in front of the Duck Store at the corner of 13th & Kincaid.
Thank you to everyone who came out tonight to show your support. We are very grateful that the ASUO Senate approved our request to send 8 veterans to attend this year’s Student Veterans of America Conference.
There, our vets will learn new skills and enrich not only the VFSA program but our community as a whole.

Please support your fellow student veterans by attending our senate hearing. We are asking for a larger chunk of money to send a group of our very own veterans to the National Conference of Student Veterans of America in January.
There, they will attend workshops, lectures, and meet face-to-face with other student leaders and bring back the knowledge and expertise we need to make our organization more visible on our campus and our community and reach the goals we have set forth for this year, such as Priority Registration for Student Veterans.
