The University of Oregon has a new all-in-one tech service desk available here. They may be able to assist you in real time if you’re having a problem with software in the lab. Please also let the lab monitor know if you’re having any issues with software or hardware in the lab.
Cinema Studies has a new server space available to students in some of our Cinema Studies production classes. If your class is using the server you can download files from your instructor and upload exercise and assignment files to be turned in. See the directions at this link about how to connect to the server both on and off campus. Please follow up with your instructor if you have any questions as not all classes will be using the server.
