Civil Protective Orders (Restraining Orders)
The Court can issue protective orders that prevent the person who hurt you from having any type of contact with you. Our attorneys can represent you during that legal process.

Student Conduct Code Process
If you choose to report a sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or stalking to your University, College, or Institution, you are entitled to an attorney who can help you understand and navigate the process and advocate for your interests.

Criminal Justice Advocacy
If you have been the victim of a crime our attorney can explain the legal process and help you assert your rights.

Housing and Employment
We can provide legal assistance with laws that help a survivor in ending a lease or removing the person who hurt you from the lease. Oregon law also protects workers who are victims of domestic violence, harassment, stalking, and sexual assault.
