Julian Raxworthy Spatial Planning Workshop

Exhibition details:

The Department of Landscape Architecture will be hosting Julian Raxworthy during the first week of Fall Term for a Spatial Planning workshop. Each studio will interpret their site context by interrogating the relationship between land tenure and urban morphology. The workshop will fast-paced and improvisational, culminating with a saturday exhibition of 2.5D relief models which chart landscape change from historic title to future scenario.

At this point 3/5 studios have committed to participating. It is still in discussion whether these relief models will be on pinup boards or on the floor (alternatives shown in diagram). Setup will begin on Wednesday and finish by the end of the day on Friday. The exhibition will be curated on Saturday morning for an afternoon event. The show will stay up until the following Friday.
