Exhibition details:

This event is an end of the year celebration put on by AIAS annually. It is originally called the Beaux Arts Ball and incorporates elements of architecture and design into a formal gala atmosphere. There will be hand-made decorations following the theme, which is Masquerade, made by College of Design students in AIAS on the decoration committee, as well as food and beverage provided by catering to fulfill the College of Design event guidelines. The committee will be up to date on the installation limitations and rules, and we will use only allowed fasteners. There will be music played from 8pm-11:30, which will be utilizing the outlets and tables and other seating that AIAS will supply unless otherwise noted. The set up will begin at 6pm and the event will be cleaned and removed before midnight. If possible, the Lawrence Courtyard will be used for some dancing or as a resting area away from the indoor festivities. The occupancy will be less than 90 people.
