CHN 305 History of Chinese Literature

Covers the earliest period of Chinese history from which the Chinese intellectual and literary traditions emerged, extending from roughly 1000 B.C. to 220 A.D. Readings include not only works of poetry and narrative but also the historical and philosophical writings.
